When do I get my cashback?
It appears as pending within a few days of your purchase and is confirmed after the store’s return period, usually 30 to 90 days. Then you can withdraw it.
How do I withdraw?
Once your available balance reaches the minimum, request a withdrawal from your dashboard by PayPal, bank transfer or gift card.
My cashback is missing. What do I do?
Wait 7 days, then send a claim with your order number from Dashboard > Missing cashback. Always click through from our site, accept cookies and do not use codes from other sites.
Can I use coupon codes and get cashback?
Yes. Codes listed on our site work alongside cashback. Codes from other websites can cancel the cashback.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free account earns standard cashback everywhere. The optional Gold membership boosts every rate.
